existing and even potential defects which will require immediate or
future expenditure, making this 'modest' investment an essential part
of the house buying process; we all need to budget in our daily lives
but many purchasers fail to perceive how their purchase costs can
greatly exceed their budget if they 'buy blind'.

This professional will assist you in making a reasoned and informed decision by carrying out a professional survey and valuation of the property which will immediately expose all defects and drawbacks. The surveyor will then give his or her professional opinionon whether the property is a reasonable purchase at the asking price, any features of the property which affect its present value or future resale price and advise on any action that should be taken such as renegiating the purchase price.
